Class Details
From the tracks to the skies, explore all forms of transportation with RoboThink! This class is designed for young engineers to dive into the world of transportation robotics through exciting, hands-on projects. Using motors, gears, batteries, and more, students will build some of our classic vehicle bots while also getting the chance to assemble brand-new robot builds, and can race, battle, and play. Through this, kids will develop essential STEM skills, learn about engineering, and bring their creative ideas to life in a fun, engaging environment!

Engineering design principles
How to use mainboards
How robotics pieces and components work (e.g., sensors, gears, motors, axles, etc.)
Transportation robotics
Automotive engineering
Dates: Weekly on Mondays; 11/03/2025 - 12/15/2025
Time: 4:00pm - 5:30pm (1.5 hr)
Recommended Ages: 6-14
Location: Park District of La Grange
